In addition, since we have several models of insulated window covers as well as specific requests, most of our orders are custom made. Unless otherwise specified, orders are ready to ship within 2 weeks.
Yes, we can sometimes do special orders. For all special, custom orders, contact us to discuss so we can evaluate the project.
Our insulated window covers are proudly designed in Canada, more precisely in Quebec, in the village of Saint-Sauveur in the heart of the Laurentian mountains.
Yes, which means that the insulation keeps the interior temperature comfortable in both hot and cold weather.
Both types of window covering are insulating and light-shielding. The basic design of both models is the same: Ripstop fabric and automotive-grade EPE-foam insulation with aluminum double-face. For the model with added Thinsulate, a synthetic insulating layer 3M Thinsulate 150 SL is added to provide superior insulating protection. This insulation, which can withstand temperatures down to -40 degrees Celsius, is the same as that used in the manufacture of winter coats.
Yes and no! All of our window covers are made of a uniform fabric on both sides. The windshield shade is reversible, but all other insulated window covers are not. They are equipped with a magnetic system that works with a negative and positive pole. Also, the windows of the vans are usually asymmetrical.
For the front cabin, including the windshield, a storage bag is included to store them when folded. For all other window covers (rear doors, crew window, sliding window and universal window), they can stay in place once opened with straps. All side and rear window covers are held in place by a magnetic system.
